If you live in a part of the country with a Waffle House, they seem to be at every freeway exit. But if you live on the west coast, you might not have tried one of these 24-hour breakfast eateries. With a simple menu, it's the perfect place to get a crisp, tasty waffle any time of day.

The pecan waffle is packed with pecans, and like the plain waffle, it's crisp and perfect.

  

I had the ham steak and eggs along with the cheesy has browns. Along with a plain waffle, this left me completely stuffed.

And did I mention this was our dinner? When a waffle house is 24 hours, you have to take advantage of it!

I have to mention the great service we received. The waitress was really friendly, and helped us figure out the menu since this was our first visit. She made sure to tell us that the pecan waffle was not to be missed! And another waitress came outside to take our picture. Nice!
