I'm a few days into my cross-country trip and spent today in Las Vegas. Where else to eat but a TV foodie joint? I pulled out my books and found Four Kegs Sports Pub. It's off the strip so you'll need a car or take a taxi from the Strip. It's well worth the short drive.
