The Frying Scotsman is a food trailer in a downtown Portland food pod as seen on Eat Street. There's just one guy with a Scottish accent in there, and he's frying up fresh fish and chips. And it doesn't get any fresher than this -- your fried fish is dumped directly from the fryer into your to-go box. There's no intermediate stop at a draining station.
