Vegenation serves globally-inspired vegan street food. Plenty of burgers and salads to choose from, and a lot more. It's seasonal, so there are plenty of new things to try. Get on their mailing list to find out about their classes, pop-ups, and community events. Vegenation is more than just a restaurant -- it's a community center.
I had the vegenation burger. The patty is home-made from black beans, walnuts, and mushrooms. It's big, juicy, and delicious.
The vegenation burger is served with fries and curry ketchup. I also had a Torre Washington salad.
Vegenation is in the historic Las Vegas downtown of Fremont Street, and right around the corner from the Container Park.
