San Diego gets warm even in January, and after a walk along the beach in Coronado we were in need of something cool and fresh. It didn't matter we had already
enjoyed a smoothie earlier in the day at Papayas :) Read my full review with pictures of Teresita's Fruiteria after the jump.
I found Teresita's Fruiteria on
Urbanspoon's list of best San Diego smoothies. San Diego has fruiterias everywhere, and they are usually bright and cheery, with fresh fruit on display. And most of them also offer fruit juices and tortas (sandwiches).

The
menu at Teresita's is really long, and it would be nice try some other other items next time. The fruit pancakes and champurrado look awesome for breakfast.
