| Fiesta Scramble Tofu and green chiles with vegan cheese |
You know the food is good when a place has been around for 11 years, and indeed that's the case at Lovin' Spoonfuls in Tucson, Arizona. This upscale cafe serves a full menu of breakfast, lunch, and dinner and they're all vegan. I enjoyed the tofu scramble a lot, and also took a salad and cooked kale to go for dinner later on. I also grabbed a bottle of their own vegan salad dressing (delicious) and they also have their own recipe book. Lovin' Spoonfuls is great for vegans and your non-vegan friends, too.
