| Vegan Mongolian Stir Fry at Loving Hut in Fresno, California |
Loving Hut is an international chain of vegan restaurants. I had lunch at the Loving Hut in Fresno, California.
There's quite an extensive menu at Loving Hut. Each location is different, so check out their web site below for the menu at the location near you. But what they have in common is that they are all vegan, so the the "meat" on the menu is soy-based mock meat.
Your meat-eating friends probably won't be able to tell the Mongolian stir fry isn't beef, except that the "beef" at Loving Cup is all tender where quite often the real beef used in a Mongolian stir fry is tough.
Big (huge) portions too, along with a side of brown rice. This was a very satisfying lunch. It was cooked to order and arrived at my table very quickly.
