Breakfast burrito and apple fritter at Bo Sa Donuts in Las Cruces

Donuts and burritos? Yes, please! Two great breakfast foods come together at a tasty place called Bo Sa Donuts & Burritos in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

Apple fritters are my go-to donut and the one at Bo Sa really stands out. It's thinner than most, and crispier as well. But it's still soft and moist on the inside. Lots of apple pieces and cinnamon flavor, too. I enjoyed it a lot.

There are many breakfast burritos on the menu. I chose the sausage. Really excellent.

To make things even easier, there's a drive thru (which didn't have fewer than 2 or 3 cars the entire time I was there, although though they were moving quickly).

And Bo Sa is a real value -- my breakfast combo was less than five bucks. Nice! I'm definitely returning on my next visit to Las Cruces.

I've read that their donuts can run out later in the day, so get there early for best selection.
