I'm still on the Green Chile Cheeseburger trail in New Mexico. Some of the places I've found aren't on the official trail, but they are worth trying out. The Giant cheeseburger with green chiles (aka green chile cheeseburger) is pretty big, and you can get 2 or 3 patties if you want. One was big enough for me. Good size, and plenty of mild green chiles. It's cooked to order so it was served hot and fresh. I really enjoyed it.
Griff's Hamburgers dates back to the 1960's and there are not many left today. Luckily there is still one on Old Route 66 in Albuquerque for you to visit and enjoy. More info at Griff's Hamburgers web site.
